Order
Orders received by 5 pm SGT will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Orders received after 5 pm SGT will be considered as the next business day.

A confirmation email which contains your order details will be sent.

We do not inform customers of the delivery status. Delivery to your indicated location is generally completed within 3-4 business days.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All prices shown are in Singapore dollars.

Self-collection
Please call 6748 1998 to coordinate a pick availability time; weekdays, except Public Holidays, between 9 am and 5 pm. All orders must be paid for through online shopping cart.

Carrier
We use Ninja Van and City-Link Express to deliver your order. We only ship within Singapore.

Tracking
You may go to your order history to look up shipment status. Login to “My Account” to check your account and order details.

Handling
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or weather damaged merchandise left unattended or during transit. 

Cancellation
Please call 6748 1998 immediately if you would like to cancel, add or modify your order in any way.

Exchange / Return / Refund
Once our products are sold, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable. We exchange with no delivery charge only if the item is defective or wrongly delivered at the time of packing. Otherwise all returns are subject to $8.00 restocking fee.
